We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

We always try to delivery within 14 days, and will always try to contact you to notify you if this is not possible.

New products have a 12 month guarantee unless stated otherwise.
